After running this by Joe, I am setting up a single location for us to discuss any rules questions and proposals. Previously these things were often discussed within individual league threads so were not seen by owners not in that particular league.
Here anyone can create a thread. Each thread should pertain to one rule only. I will break out the discussion to a separate thread if it begins to encompass more than one rule. Then we can discuss, vote on, or get rulings from Joe. In the future if rules questions come up we will have this board to refer to rather than remembering that we saw something somewhere months ago but being unable to find it.
If you currently have a rules question, a proposal for a new rule, or are aware of a new situation we haven't dealt with before please start a thread here to discuss it.
LA's, if a rules question comes up in your league that could relate to other leagues as well, please move it to this board so all can participate in the discussion and see the resolution.
