Last year minor league players's salaries went up a dollar. Is this the case this year also?

I need to check my notes on what we decided but my recollection is no $1 raise if the player remains on the minor league freeze list. If the player is moved to the major league freeze list because they had MLB AB/IP then they would get a $1 raise (this is the part I am not sure about).

That is how we have been doing it, salary stays the same if the player remains in the minors, goes up $1 if frozen to the major league roster. I would still like to see this changed so the salary never increases until the player has been promoted by his owner to the majors so it then goes up by the usual $4 the next year. Last year if an owner promoted a minor league player to the majors during the season his salary stayed the same, so I'm not sure why it should go up if he's promoted at the beginning of the season but not in the middle.
