Such transactions may incur a “Charge” (see Section 5.11). A transaction is “charged” when a team claims a player without a valid reserve of another player source It would seem to me that this is a charged transaction. I couldn't find anywhere where it says that if a player is reservable that the transaction should be interpreted to mean that it is not a charge. |

I'll post it in the moderators forum and see what responses we get. Seems to me the question revolves around the words "without a valid reserve of another player." In this case there was a valid reserve, the owner didn't use it. |
